Simple Safety Coach takes the administrative and paperwork time off your desk by automatically tracking the points awarded by performing safety activities such as completing inspections, submitting Safety Observations, being the subject of a praise observation, and many other activities. • You setup how many points should be awarded for each type of activity.
• You can assign a monthly, annual, or event point goal to promote employee engagement and reset the points back to zero afterwards.
• You can add participation points for activities that may not be in Simple Safety Coach.
• Redeem points as necessary, such as for awarding for company apparel.
